You must present your receipt or purchase invoice.
Shoes cannot be older than 5 days of having been purchased.
The shoes may NOT show signs of use.
The product must be with its original packaging, complete and in perfect condition.
Deliver all its accessories in case it has them.
Not having been purchased as a balance.
The receipt of changes will be made in the same places as with the guarantees (see below "receipt of guarantees")
Legal Guarantee

All products entered for warranty must meet the following requirements:

The product must not exceed 90 days of having been purchased.
The product must be delivered clean and with all its accessories if it has them.
In case of compliance with them, the repair, exchange or refund of the money will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Decree 735 of 2013, if the product does not meet the warranty requirements, Puchetty will return it to the person who made the request at the physical headquarters.
